Glassboro Public Schools is currently seeking a Pre-K Classroom Aide for the J. Harvey Rodgers School for the 2023-2024 school year.

* Assist in the management and shaping of student behavior through the use of positive reinforcement strategies
* Monitor and Escort students to destinations in the building
* Assist students with all instructional and non-instructional tasks

* Support with toileting as needed

Minimum Requirements:

* Minimum of 60 Credit Hours and substitute certification or potential to obtain substitute certificate
* Preferred Experience Working within a School or demonstrable knowledge of effective education principles, practices, and trends
* High interpersonal relationship skills in dealing with fellow professionals, students, and parents
* Successful Completion of Fingerprinting and Criminal History Review Process
